Vegan nutrition is helping me to heal my body from inflamation, sugar defizit and brain fog. 🫐🍐🥝🥑🥦Today I can eat fruits, veggies, candies and cookies in a good and healthy amount without the help of medical pills.🍪Non-vegan cheat days are essentials for your body cells and digestion. My knowledge is declared as right by Multiple Sklerosis, Rheuma and Diabetes patients.I'm not your food specialist or therapeut. I just give science facts to you, share professionell food book facts and see the whole picture of nutrition and not just the peanuts.🥜
