What We Host
OnlySwip is a search engine that indexes publicly available profile information from OnlyFans creators. We do not host, store, or distribute any photos, videos, or paid content from OnlyFans.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on our website
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address

Response Time
We aim to process all valid DMCA takedown requests within 48 hours of receipt. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the email address above. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
