Being raised by a single mother and the eldest daughter of four siblings, I did the cooking in my home. I later took Health and Nutrition classes at Lake Merritt College, raised three sons and chose a career as a Daycare Provider of eight and Foster Mother of six. This led me to create different dishes packed with fruits and veggies for my kiddos! The kids loved my nutritious food so much that I decided to take my career further and share my gift of Nutritious, Alkaline Vegan, Comfort Food with the rest of the world! Most know me from my "Better Than Fried Chick'N!" Made with Organic Gourmet Lions Mane & Oyster Mushrooms. With PRIME TIME ALKALINE you can be sure to always get the best recipes, made with highest quality of ingredients, that is Alkaline, Vegan, Plant-Based and Soy-Free. See you in the kitchen!
